Cycling Training Classes

Cycling classes run all year round on Wednesday evenings.

From April to September sessions are based at Carver Barracks, Wimbish. They run from 6.00-7.30pm and use the traffic free runways at the airfield. Individual time trials and group riding races are held each week and progress is monitored over the summer months. These sessions are open to anyone with a roadworthy bike.

Over the winter from October to March the dark evenings mean I run the cycling as Zoom turbo sessions. There are generally two sessions, the first starting at 5.00pm and lasting 1 hour and the 2nd starting at 6.20 and again lasting for 1 hour. The sessions are based on my own designed detailed plans and are aimed at improving power and endurance.

Prices for winter and summer sessions are £5 per person.
