One to One Personal Training
I will help you achieve your fitness goals with either one to one or small group sessions with family and friends. Before we start training, we’ll have an initial consultation where I’ll learn what you want to achieve and this will allow me to decide how best to utilise our time. We’ll evaluate your cardiovascular fitness and strength as well as looking at posture, flexibility, core stability and balance and coordination. The sessions are primarily based at Arkesden Village Hall Gym, but I can also come to a location of your choice. Sessions are tailored to meet your lifestyle and will be structured and challenging, with constant encouragement and motivation.
Price - £45 per hour
